Do you have a physical store?
We are a 100% online store (at least for now). If you have any questions about the articles, it will be a pleasure to help you through our contact channels.
What payment methods do you have?
You can pay with your credit card, PayPal, Google Pay, Shop Pay, iDEAL and Bancontact.
Do you have a free shipping option?
We know that the temptation to take the entire store is very strong, so we present these options:
- Shipments to peninsular territory within Spain have free shipping from €60 (except Ceuta and Melilla).
- Balearic Islands from €60.
- Canary Islands from €90 (contact us before ordering).
- Ceuta and Melilla from €150 (contact us before placing the order).
How long do orders take?
Since most of our products require some type of customization, we do not stock everything because we do it on demand. This causes order preparation times to vary between 4 and 7 business days, plus shipping time. However, you will always have information about the estimated time during the process.
Can your products be customized?
Of course! Most of our products are fully customizable. If the customization option does not appear in any, do not hesitate to contact us, we will love to make an exclusive article for you!

Do you offer discounts for large quantities?
Are you an association, a club or are you preparing an event and need large quantities of our products? Is a tournament coming up and you want to prepare prizes? Are you reading this with an announcement voice? If that's the case, we'll stand up and say “count on my laser!” Just get in touch by email and we will find the best way to adapt to your needs.
